About Me

Hello!  My name is Becky and I call Wisconsin home.  Born and raised in Milwaukee, I have witnessed first hand that the stereotype of midwesterners being "extra nice" is very true.  When I decided to turn my art hobby into a business, I wanted to pay homage to my hometown that has provided a beautiful place for my husband and I to raise our 4 daughters and that's how the name Midwest Nice came to be. 

In addition to being Mom to my girls, I run a small business with my husband and spend my free time working on my textured art hobby.  I am passionate about it and I hope you can feel the love that is put into every single piece I create!
